Explanation for grading

How does Philip Nerb chose to grade individual investment-offers?

"I give a mark for each analysed investment-offer. Each investment-concept stands alone, I do not compare with other offers. For each concept I try to define how quasi-perfect it is. Comparing different offers is, in my opinion, mostly impossible since each concept is special and highly individual. Basically I have a bullish attitude towards the market: most initiators work professionally, proofable by their track record. Furthermore: small often means beautiful and interesting. Specialised initiators in a niche market may construct highly attractive offers, lucrative and singular. The market environment is highly volatile since 2008, thus weaknesses on the level of initiators become more and more obvious, they face a real "stress-test".

Basically the investor has to decide, whether an investment-offer suits his needs. An offer, which deserves a mark „partly satisfying“ to my opinion may still suits his portfolio. My analyses reflect my personal opinion, which is very obvious.

How do I reach my conclusion? An offer has to specific aspects of uniqueness, to earn a „first class“ or better. Those aspects may be found in the asset, market or even the locality of the asset. A healthy offer has to be set on a „sound“ foundation always.
